She was consistently late for appointments & when asked to cordinate my efforts with their lender they were unwilling to share any of this info with me, dispite my repeated efforts work with them they were unresponsive. Also in a fast paced market I was unable to show property to both of them at the same time, this made my job nearly impossible to accomplish as the homes would be sold before they both could even see them.It is impossible to get a buyer into an accepted offer situation without submitting a pre-approval letter along with the offer especially buyers with little or no down payments.This is why I decided not to work with them, in 28 years this is the 1st time this has ever happened. I generate most of my business from referrals & satisfied clients. She was correct were incompatible.
